CARDS

The CARDS class is a Cardiovascular Education Series that is offered at Vernon J. Harris Medical Center. This class enables the patients to learn about heart disease, high blood pressure and its management, medications and their side effects, healthy lifestyles and meal preparation. The instruction is in a small group setting and participation is free. Space is limited so reservations are encouraged. To enroll, call: 804-276-1976 Kimberly Ketter RN or Shaun Rivers RN.
