We accept all patients... uninsured and insured! We also accept Medicaid and Medicare patients. All patients are treated with dignity and respect.
Last year we served approximately
8,000 patients for a total of 20,816 office visits. 68% of
our patients are currently uninsured.
Our
network provides primary medical, dental, mental health, and
HIV/AIDS care. We also offer patient education, specialty
referrals, and social services support. The top six medical
conditions treated include hypertension, diabetes,
depression, asthma, HIV/AIDS, and heart disease.
Our unique services go beyond basic care. The torch in our logo symbolizes our commitment to the highest level of excellence in our services and programs. |

In times when Healthcare is both increasingly complex and confusing, a personal touch becomes even more important. We offer to you a Primary Healthcare Home. One that is built on the foundation of a trusting, ongoing relationship with a committed staff, and highly experienced Physicians.
As your new medical home…, we work for you and your families. From a school physical, to Primary Medical Care, from lab services to fillings and dentures, each situation is unique. Each answer is unique, and of course…. Each patient is unique.
Our healthcare professionals are in fact, a part of your lives, sometimes for an hour, often for years. We share in happy times, but most importantly we are here with mental and social services during some of life’s most difficult times. The CAHN Family sees this as an honor and a privilege to be allowed to serve you and your family.

We are proud of our mission to provide high qual
ity, accessible, and culturally responsive health care services in order to improve the health status of residents in Metropolitan Richmond.
We are fortunate to be a designated Federally Qualified Health Center. These health centers are located in high need areas identified by the government as being an underserved area or population. We are eligible for grant funding opportunities to provide comprehensive primary healthcare. Approximately 36% of our funding comes from these federal grants. This program has many advantages including financial support for the uninsured, free immunizations for children, drug pricing discounts, waived Medicare co-payments, and access to malpractice coverage for our physicians. |
